Job Description:

The Project Manager hired will oversee large scale commercial construction projects in the greater Indianapolis area. The PM will manage daily field activities leading to optimal progression of the project
My client is a North America-based, international construction services company and is a leading builder in diverse market segments. My client completes $12 billion of construction on 1,500 projects each year. The Indianapolis office gives their employees and clients the accessibility and support of a local firm with the stability and resources of a multi-national organization.

Document control (RFIs, change orders, claims, etc.)
Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
Procurement of construction materials
Coordinate bid process with subcontractors
Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
Business development/networking capabilities
Assume significant responsibility for meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals
The ideal Project Manager will have the following background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
-Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details
- Knowledge of the latest trends within the building and construction industry
- Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
- Local to Indianapolis
