Job Title: Financial Services Professional
Pay Rate: $25-26
Location: Indy, Denver, Austin, Westlake and Phoenix
Shifts: M-F 8-5
Description:
As a Financial Services Professional, you will be an ambassador of Schwab helping to educate and tackle problems for thousands of clients. Your role will take place in a service center taking inbound calls from our retail clients (individual investors) on a variety of topics. These topics could range from common customer service transactions to more complex conversations around:

  • Investing Principles
  • Trading & Market Mechanics
  • Account management
  • Customized Investment Solutions Our goal is that through providing world class service, you are able to earn the trust and loyalty of our clients. Some of the unique aspects about this role and the support you receive to achieve this include calls differing in scope and a focus on providing you tailored feedback and coaching.
    Throughout these conversations you will:
    • Educate clients : Engage clients in robust discussions encompassing market conditions, trends and providing investment education.
    • Be consultative: Recommend appropriate solutions to clients which align to their goals and promote Schwab growth.
    • Be an advocate for clients : Care enough to ask the difficult questions knowing that just one question, the right question, can change a client's future.
    • Build strong relationships : Work in a team based environment with a diverse group of associates focused on meeting the needs of the company and clients.
    • Use investigative skills : Resolve client issues by using technology and business authorities within Schwab to identify efficient and effective methods to meet client goals.

        • Determine financial needs and aid in selecting appropriate products and services
        • Recommend appropriate products and services to members based on specific financial need
        • Provide multiple financial solutions to existing and new clients
        • Structure new lease and financial service opportunities
        • Sell appropriate products, including life insurance, disability income insurance, long-term care insurance, annuities, and investments
        • Demonstrate proficiency in cross selling services offered by the financial institution
        • Protecting clients' assets and helping achieve financial goals
        • Conducting financial solutions training and education
        • Analyze patient financial documents in order to determine percentage of financial assistance
        • Provide information on banking products and services
