A Bit About The Role
The Client Finance Analyst I will assist in the overall financial
management for our client portfolio, reporting, general day-to-day
activities, and revenue related month end close duties.
Assist with overall client financial efforts including the
preparation and presentation of deliverables, taking notes during
weekly finance meetings, revenue tracking, forecast tracking, and
monthly and weekly reports.
Prepare, reconcile, and track client invoices and following up on
past due invoices.
Assist in the preparation of any client financial deliverables
including but not limited to monthly accruals and client
Assist with the preparation and investigation of hours and expenses
for client projects incurred to track against forecast and
Setup new projects awarded in all accounting systems and files
Assist in job code and rate card maintenance
Support project leads on ad-hoc requests and analysis as
Collaborate with other service line's finance departments on
intercompany revenue and cost transactions
Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end closing
activities.Assist with related ad hoc projects, as required
including but not limited to gathering supporting documents for the
Review financial data on client contracts
Bachelor's degree with a minimum concentration in accounting,
finance or business
1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience with general accounting principals
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Agency or Professional Services experience a plus
Month end close and revenue recognition experience is preferred
Client Services/Client Facing experience preferred
