Accounting Specialist will be responsible for various accounting
tasks, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial close
procedures. This is a great opportunity to join an employee-owned

balance. The position will include a combination of remote work and
in-office work.Essential Duties and Responsibilities will
include:1. Prepare general ledger account reconciliations2. Review
expense reports for compliance with company policies and
procedures3. Post expense reports in the accounting system4.
Process expense reimbursement payments5. Assist with various
accounts payable tasks6. Assist with accounts receivable invoicing
and payment processing7. Assist with financial statement close
process8. Assist with corporate audit and retirement plan audit9.
Other finance and accounting responsibilities as neededSkills,
Qualifications, and Attributes:1. Undergraduate Degree in
Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred)2. Knowledge and
understanding of general accounting principles3. Strong attention
to detail4. Ability to manage time well and balance priorities5.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively6.
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel,
