Scope: Responsible for financial analysis, inventory and cost management, budgeting. Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Report and analyze manufacturing costs and key performance metrics.
• Root cause analysis of variances to budget and standard costs.
• Develop and analyze budgets and standard cost.
• Implement and track cost savings
• Analyze and track capital expenditures.
• Inventory control and reporting.
• Month and year end manufacturing facility accounting activity.Qualifications:
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of progressive financial analysis and cost management experience in performing the above noted job responsibilities at manufacturing location. Preferably in food, beverage, or continuous manufacturing plant.
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to effectively work with all levels of staff and management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with accounting systems (ERP).Physical Demands:
    • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to follow safety and manufacturing protocol.
    • Must be able to work seated using a computer and phone.
