Machine Learning Engineer to join our Growth & Strategy
organization.Responsibilities:Formulate creative Machine Learning
or Optimization solutions that leverage client and 3rd party
dataCollaborate with full stack developers, designers and product
owners to design and build ML-driven appsArchitect and train
advanced, scalable ML models for the purposes of NLP, Forecasting,
Classification among othersWrite and deploy RESTful APIs to support
development and host models for inferenceContribute to knowledge
share lunch and learn sessions for the purposes of continuous
learning and idea sharingStrategize with data science leadership,
to determine what areas of ML to focus on next and recommend
datasets to acquire based on business needQualifications:Minimum of
eight years' experience as a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer
training and fine-tuning Deep Learning models (CNNs, RNN/LSTM/GRUs,
Transformers) using modern ML frameworks, such as PyTorch, Keras or
TensorFlow; Preferred experience in NLP/NLU (NER, Sentiment
Analysis, Text Generation)Bachelor's degree from an accredited
college/university in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Data
Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering)At least
five years' experience writing SQL and Python / R Code. Preferred
experience writing code in Spark or Databricks for ML pipelines and
distributed trainingExperience formulating and solving optimization
problems using Gurobi or any open-source solverConceptual knowledge
of RESTful APIs to deploy models and provide backend data ETL for
