Location: Indianapolis, IN, Chicago, IL, Grand Rapids, MI, Cincinnati, OH, Minneapolis, MN Judson Group has been engaged by a privately-held, multi-billion-dollar RIA in the search for a Private Equity Investment Strategist. The firm caters exclusively to UHNW families and institutional clients. As a member of the firm's senior investment team, this person performs investment research with an emphasis on illiquid private equity funds, participates in decision-making of the investment committee, and supports the firm's Client Advisors on business development and client servicing needs. The ideal candidate has private and public market investment research experience at a sizable firm serving similar clients. Candidates should have strong technical skills, leadership experience, and client/prospect facing experience. Responsibilities:

• Conducts manager due diligence research, including analytical evaluations, qualitative assessments, and on-site interviews with money managers.
• Performs asset class research.
• Presents to internal and external clients.
• Participates in client/prospect meetings on an as needed basis.
• Active in investment areas including research and publishing original written material. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree highly preferred.
  • CFA preferred.
  • Must have extensive private market investment experience.
  • Strong experience working with HNW clients.
