Job Description:

WHAT YOU WILL DO -Financial Analysis

Manage financial analysis and valuation processesPrepare transaction information for preformats, sensitivities, investor presentations, and fund modelsAnalyze and track real estate and capital markets trendsReview and abstract documentation for complex real estate agreements to assist with the preparation of financial materialsEstablish strong working relationships with the team and clients to understand and identify market intelligence needs -Capital Markets

Work with banks and lenders on project underwriting and due diligence related to construction and permanent debtSupport external advisor relationshipsBuild pitch-books summarizing debt financing opportunitiesSupport due diligence efforts for property dispositionsTrack and analyze feedback from investors and lenders -Investor Relations

Support onboarding of new investors in the subscription processMaintain investor CRMs and other databasesRespond to ongoing investor queriesAssist with investor documentation (private placement memorandum, limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, and quarterly reports) -Requirements: -WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Real Estate.Ten plus years of investment banking, lending, or private equity experience.Experience working with third-party advisors.Experience leading and managing a team.Proven experience working on complex or time-sensitive situations.Must have a strong analytical background, expert Excel skills, and expertise with underwriting and managing others.Must have high attention to detail and understands the importance of maintaining data quality.Familiarity with Juniper Square and/or Salesforce is a plus.Possesses strong time management, client relationships, problem-solving, and leadership skills. -Powered by JazzHR
