As a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant working remotely in the

The financial reporting department at TTEC provides a unique
opportunity for career growth in this market. As the Senior
Financial Reporting Accountant, you'll be a key part of our monthly
and quarterly close process and our quarterly Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting. You'll be highly visible and
interacting frequently with leaders across the organization.You'll
report to the Principal of Technical Accounting. You'll contribute
to the success of the business by helping the financial reporting
team operate more efficiently.During a Typical Day, You'll
- Lead the monthly accounting close and quarterly SEC reporting
processes for certain complex accounting areas, such as goodwill,
stock-based compensation, impairments, and other technical
accounting processes
- Analyze the accounting guidance implications of business
transactions
- Support the M&A process including validation of information
related to purchased financials and determination of purchase price
accounting
- Help prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and
audit requests for our annual audit and quarterly reviews
- Stay up to date with SOX requirements as you maintain
compliance with important controls associated with the monthly
close and financial reporting processes
- Assist and coordinate the audits of statutory financial
statements in countries outside the US, which includes preparing
the financial statements, while also assisting the general ledger
team with special projects when needed
- Participate and provide input in process improvement
projectsWhat You Bring to the Role

- $95,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based
upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill
