Some role responsibilities (not comprehensive):
Maintain/create effective billing/receivable department processes
Collect 98%+ of net production
Work with 3rd party to manage PPO participation and fee schedule negotiations
Maintain fee schedules within Open Dental software
All credentialing responsibilities
Overseeing 4+ support staff, focused on results from each chair
Contribute to a positive, engaging work environment
Serve on the primary leadership team to direct the growth of the business and maintain operations

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
