AP Specialist Onsite |Dayton, OH $50k-$55k Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AP Specialist to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a strong work ethic and at least 1-2 years of accounts payable experience. This is a great opportunity to build on your AP foundation while supporting a fast-paced accounting department. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices and checks on a bimonthly basis with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Enter and reconcile daily sales into spreadsheets to ensure timely and accurate financial tracking. Assist with month-end closing and related reporting tasks. Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Maintain organized records of all payables transactions. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in an AP Specialist or similar accounts payable role. Proficiency in Excel and general accounting systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines. Self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude - we're looking for a true go-getter!
