Credit & Collection Specialist Responsibilities: As a Credit and
Collections Specialist, you will engage in proactive communication
with clients to address past due accounts efficiently and
effectively negotiate payment plans or settlements. Process credit
card payments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring secure and
smooth transactions. Conduct thorough research and analysis of
clients' creditworthiness to determine appropriate credit limits
and terms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve
billing discrepancies and disputes promptly. Develop and maintain
strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer
service and support. Utilize collection software and tools to
streamline collection efforts and maintain accurate records.
Initiate legal action or recommend outside agencies for collections
when necessary. Credit & Collections Specialist Desired
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Tech-savvy and proficient in phone communications. Recent
experience as a Credit & Collections Specialist. Strong work ethic
