This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rigorous environment and is proficient in navigating the complexities of financial compliance and strategic advisory across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: Conduct independent external audits for private and non-profit organizations. Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present these to management. Recommend financial best practices based on audit findings and industry standards.
