Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information. Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments. Makes collections calls for large client/customer base. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information. Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions. Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation and making adjustments. Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AR/COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST ROLE: High school diploma Collection call experience Good computer skills LI-RI7 LI-ONSITE INMAY2025 ZRCFS
