Staff Accountant Springboro, OH Full-time | Onsite $60,000 - $75,000 We are assisting a leading manufacturing company committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their team. Brand new state of the art facility expected in the coming year. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare journal entries for various accounting functions. Maintain and update fixed asset records, ensuring accurate depreciation calculations and proper classification. Perform general ledger reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Assist with the preparation and management of accounts payables and accounts receivables processes. Support the preparation and processing of payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry OR New Grads with strong manufacturing industry internship experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
