What You'll Do: Manage and reconcile inventory accounts to ensure financial accuracy Analyze inventory costs, variances, and valuation to optimize operations Work closely with supply chain and finance teams to improve efficiency Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare reports and provide insights to drive smart business decisions What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2 years of experience in accounting (inventory or manufacturing experience a plus) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel A team player with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
