Job Description Talent Development Partner – Remote (3–6 Month
Contract) \n Pay: $69.95 – $71.86 per hour (based on experience)

Industrial is hiring an experienced Talent Development Partner to
support a leading organization in the manufacturing industry. This
contract role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact
initiatives within a global HR organization— fully remote while
working EST hours . \n \n What You’ll Do \n• Partner with HR
Business Partners and leaders to deliver strategic talent
development solutions \n• Provide expertise in leadership
development, talent management , and organizational learning \n•
Facilitate and curate development programs, coaching, mentoring,
and capability-building initiatives \n• Consult on talent processes
including succession planning, performance management, and team
effectiveness \n• Use data and analytics to inform recommendations
and guide business decisions \n• Support change management and
continuous improvement efforts \n• Collaborate across global and
matrixed teams to ensure alignment and impact \n \n Required
Qualifications \n• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business,
Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent
experience) \n• 10 years of experience in Talent Development,
Talent Management , or related HR discipline \n• Strong
facilitation, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills \n•
Proficiency in HR data analytics and insights \n• Must be able to
work remotely Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–4:00 PM EST \n \n
Preferred Experience \n• HR Business Partner or HR consulting
background \n• Experience supporting global or matrixed
environments \n• Change management expertise \n• Strong executive
