Tax Manager - Indianapolis, IN Who: An experienced tax
professional with strong managerial skills and expertise in
pass-through entity and partnership taxation. What: Lead tax
engagements, manage compliance workflows, oversee complex return
reviews, and mentor tax staff and seniors. When: Hiring immediately

total rewards package. Position Overview: The Tax Manager will
oversee client tax compliance needs, anticipate tax and business
issues, and identify tax planning opportunities while serving as
the main point of contact for clients and mentoring less
experienced team members. Key Responsibilities: ? Solve tax and
business challenges for clients in real estate, professional
services, and high-net-worth sectors. ? Manage engagements and
review complex tax returns with accuracy and insight. ? Lead Tax
Staff and Seniors while fostering a dynamic, collaborative
environment. ? Utilize strong project management, analytical,
communication, and interpersonal skills. ? Provide exceptional
client service and maintain trusted relationships. Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred. ? Active CPA
license required. ? 5 years of public accounting experience,
including at least 2 years in a managerial role. ? Strong
understanding of pass-through entity structures and general
corporate taxation. ? Working knowledge of partnership taxation,
