You will work in close partnership with highly talented finance colleagues from around the world to consult on planning, reporting, and decision support. This includes resource investment strategies, product strategy, and key business performance drivers.You are an analyst who wants to make your mark on a growing business. You are highly motivated to persist through challenging ad hoc projects as well as cyclical planning and reporting responsibilities. You are a strong time manager and are able to prioritize effectively while creating space for original thinking and thoughtful analysis to support our executives.Responsibilities: + Partner with and support the executive leadership of the worldwide Services business to drive optimal financial decisions + Facilitate decision making on investment strategies, operational efficiency, business profitability, resource allocation + Develop tools in order to drive scalable analysis and insight + Produce strategic, actionable insights from financial and operational data Required Skills/Experience: + BA/BS degree required. MBA or CPA a plus. + 1-5 years of relevant work experience + Excel, Google Sheets expertise Desired Skills: + Comfort and experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, or with other programming or scripting languages such as R, Python, C++ + Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights + Impeccable business judgment, with the ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate effectively to help influence senior leadership + Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills; innovative, organized, thorough + Eagerness to further develop these skills *LI-Y Posting Statement Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
