Job Description:
Title: Data Entry (Payroll Team) - Onsite Description: Basic
Function: Under close guidance and following specific instructions,
perform routine, structured duties related to administration
functions. Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not
limited to, the following: Follow specific instructions to produce
administration documents from rough draft and/or combine data from
various source documents. Proof and check work for accuracy.
Transfer data to forms, logs, records or reports. Collect, process
and deliver mail for administration support area. Answer
telephones, receive and transmit information, and operate office
equipment. Maintain files and perform other routine administration
functions. Perform limited other administration duties such as
support of auditing, claims management, licensing, Complexity of
Tasks: Under close guidance and direct supervision, perform routine
administration duties involving application of clearly prescribed
standard practices. Qualifications: High school diploma or a
special combination of education and experience, and/or
demonstrated accomplishments. Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2
years of related experience.
