Marketing Strategy & Insights Director - Member Acquisition & Retention We're looking for a dynamic marketing leader to help us deliver on our vision for the member journey by developing and implementing innovative member digital and print communication solutions. Candidates must have experience building omni-channel marketing strategies, project plans, and activating personalized communication programs that support customer journeys. Experience with campaign automation, journey mapping, SAFe/Agile, copywriting (in a simple conversational tone), and data analytics background or strong experience in analyzing and measuring performance, is also preferred. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, highly motivated and self-driven team player with the ability to successfully partner with multiple departments in order to meet tight deadlines and execute flawlessly to achieve defined objectives. Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and oversee member digital communication solutions for Medical and Voluntary products within our Group Insurance organization
  • Identify and manage core governance practices to ensure aligned messaging
  • Serve as product owner for digital enrollment/plan selection platforms & CX capabilities, responsible for prioritizing the business application, refining backlog and collaborating with the project team & stakeholders to deliver business value.
  • Build integrated communication plans that drive results
  • Work with creative partners to develop messaging that is compelling and on-brand--
  • Partner closely with other member communication practitioners to deliver a seamless experience for our members
  • Develop business cases to drive investment and oversee financials--
  • Works closely with IT partners to plan and deliver capabilities--
  • Must have experience in healthcare, insurance, and/or voluntary marketing (dental, life, disability, supplemental health)-- Qualifications
    • Requires BA/BS degree: 7+ years of experience, in some combination of marketing communications, marketing automation, customer experience, and project management (preferably within the healthcare industry)
    • Expert knowledge of digital and direct marketing channels and practices
    • Ability to leverage strong critical thinking and analytics to develop data-driven strategies and evaluate performance.--
    • Strong presentation skills, as well as the ability to visually represent complex ideas in a simplified way
