Full TimeSalary: $60,000 annuallyEXPECTATIONS FOR ALL EMPLOYEESSupports the organization's mission and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, personalization, commitment to our community, accountability and ownership.POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for implementing and overseeing digital marketing strategies provided by the Senior Director of Marketing. Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating websites ( content and plugins), management of Marketing's Help Desk Ticketing System (FreshDesk), each property's online reputation, identity, and overall online marketing efforts. This role manages the digital marketing channel, not personnel. This role is also responsible for learning, owning, and becoming the in-house expert for our Rent Cafe platform.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Work with the team to implement quality content for the website and other digital channels that engage desired audiences and build brand recognition across a diverse portfolio.? Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data.? Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing leadership.? Support the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling forecasts, updating calendars, organizing, and planning promotional presentations.? Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to onsite teams while providing instructions for promotion or use? Strong interest and aptitude in developing and maintaining websites.? Verify and gain ownership of all properties on all Internet Listing Systems in order to ensure that all potential leads are viewing up-to-date information (ex: Phone Number, Email, Address, etc---).? Work with our properties and vendors to create a fluid experience for our online prospects and current residents? Work with all the internal disciplines in multiple geographical locations to update web content.? Responsible for building and helping to maintain multiple websites.? Manage the changes and updates to all WordPress websites (100+)? Conduct regular and ongoing content analysis of the website.? Manage google analytics integration to websites.? Manage web content management system.? Manage redesign of site templates and directory structure, incorporating new functionality as needed? Must be willing to pivot to meet business demand and accept new responsibilities as neededQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS? Basic knowledge of HTML.? At least 1-3 years of professional experience in maintaining and developing websites.? A combination of education and experience is acceptable.? MUST be willing and able to learn and own the Rent Cafe process.? A basic understanding of paid, owned, and earned media strategies.? Excellent writer for website content.? Excellent project management skills, including adhering to project production schedules and prioritizing a large number of tasks.? Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals.? Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.? Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and an idea generator.? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.? Adaptable, with the ability to learn new skills quickly.? Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and project management/software systems.? Excellent writer for website content.? Excellent project management skills, including adhering to project production schedules and prioritizing a large number of tasks.? Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals.? Strong understanding of Help Desk Ticketing Systems? Solid understanding and ability to work with WordPress or other website platforms? Comprehensive understanding of all popular and "up and coming" social media platforms? Experience in customer service and addressing/responding to reviews? Good grasp of Web Analytics and Search Engine OptimizationON-THE-JOB TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:? NAA/IAA Conventions, Marketing Conventions, Online Marketing Conventions, etc.? Ongoing professional development (Reputation Management, Marketing Certifications, and Training)PHYSICAL DEMANDS:? Able to push, pull, lift or carry objects up to 15 pounds for the dissemination of documents/supplies.? Frequently walk, sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.? Ability to operate personal computers and other standard equipment (telephone, copy machine, etc)? Ability to operate audio/visual equipment? Occasionally must sit and reach with hands/arms.? Continuously able to concentrate on fine detail with constant interruption.? Close and distance vision is required? Up to 10% TravelWORK ENVIRONMENT:?
