Industrial Electrician Location: Tipton, Indiana Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to
join our team in Tipton, Indiana. The successful candidate will be
responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical
systems and equipment in an industrial setting. Key
Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical
systems and equipment, including wiring, conduit, fixtures, motors,
and control systems. - Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues,
ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Perform preventive
maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and
minimize downtime. - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and
technical diagrams. - Adhere to all safety protocols and
regulations to ensure a safe working environment. - Collaborate
with other team members and departments to ensure seamless
operations. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent;
completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program
preferred. - Valid electrician license or certification. - Proven
experience as an industrial electrician. - Strong knowledge of
electrical systems, control systems, and electrical safety
standards. - Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic
tools. - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and
blueprints. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. Work
Environment: - Industrial setting with exposure to various
machinery and equipment. - Ability to work at heights and in
confined spaces as required. - Availability to work shifts,
