What We’re Looking For: We are looking for professionals with
experience in any of the following areas: HVAC, basic plumbing,
electrical work, interior and exterior carpentry, appliance repair,
apartment turnovers, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, glazing,
roofing, blacktop and concrete repairs, signage, and more. Minimum
Requirements: A minimum of two years experience in property
maintenance Basic computer or smartphone skills Own basic hand
tools Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto
insurance Willing to submit to drug and background checks upon
