package. Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a highly
skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our
dynamic team. This is a permanent position offering a unique
opportunity to work on large-scale projects worth over $200M. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing
electrical projects in the construction industry, with a particular
focus on low voltage and data center projects. As an Electrical
Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction,
coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of
specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy,
commitments, and goals. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all
aspects of electrical construction projects from conception to
completion. 2. Coordinate and direct construction workers and
subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within
budget, and to the highest quality standards. 3. Review and analyze
project specifications to determine the most cost-effective and
efficient methods of achieving project objectives. 4. Develop
comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cost estimates. 5.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
and safety standards. 6. Maintain effective communication with
clients, contractors, and team members to resolve any issues that
may arise during the project. 7. Perform risk management to
minimize project risks. 8. Prepare and present project status
reports to stakeholders and senior management. 9. Coordinate with
the procurement team for the acquisition of necessary equipment and
materials. 10. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to
engineering standards and specifications. Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction
Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience
in managing electrical projects in the construction industry. 3.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
worth over $200M. 4. Extensive knowledge and experience in low
voltage and data center projects. 5. Excellent leadership and
project management skills. 6. Strong understanding of electrical
codes and safety standards. 7. Proficient in project management
software and MS Office Suite. 8. Exceptional problem-solving
abilities and attention to detail. 9. Excellent communication and
negotiation skills. 10. Ability to work under pressure and meet
tight deadlines. 11. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. If
