Job Title: Civil Project Manager Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (5 years preferred) Job
Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil
Project Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects
from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while
maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key
Responsibilities: Manage civil construction projects from
pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate and supervise
subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews. Ensure project
timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with
clients, engineers, and inspectors to ensure project requirements
are fulfilled. Prepare schedules, progress reports, and project
documentation. Lead regular site meetings and resolve field issues
as they arise. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with
all regulatory requirements. Preferred Experience: Candidates
should have hands-on project management experience in most or some
of the following civil construction disciplines: Excavation and
grading Installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)
Structural and flatwork concrete Roadway construction Wastewater
