Provide a daily client update including project progress report and photographs keep a daily log of what took place on site for each project. Communicate with the client daily about the project and be prepared for everything. APPLY NOW AND YOUR RESUME WILL BE REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS Description Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring efficiency and quality. Allocate resources strategically to optimize workflow, budget, and timelines for assigned projects. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe work environment. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration. Negotiate with contractors to secure competitive pricing and cost-effective solutions. Maintain high standards of workmanship that align with original plans, specifications, and industry regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and implement improvements. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and compliance with local and federal regulations. Lead project meetings to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track Profile 7-10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in related fields, demonstrating expertise in overseeing complex projects. Healthcare or Education project experience preferred, with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements and regulations. Proficiency in construction management software, ensuring efficient project tracking, scheduling, and communication. Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive project success. Excellent negotiation skills, adept at securing favorable contracts, managing costs, and collaborating with stakeholders. Highly deadline-driven and detail-oriented, ensuring precise execution, compliance, and timely project completion. Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to uphold workplace safety standards. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with teams, clients, and regulatory agencies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency.
