Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems Install and upgrade panels, wiring, fixtures, and devices Ensure work meets NEC and Indiana code requirements Communicate clearly with homeowners Maintain accurate service records Follow safety standards and participate in on-call rotation Qualifications Qualifications 3 years residential electrical experience Valid Indiana electrical license (preferred) Strong NEC knowledge Valid driver’s license Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs Climb ladders and work at heights Work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas Stand, kneel, bend, and use hand/power tools regularly Wear required PPE
