Job Description:
What you will be doing: Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates
for commercial projects Review and interpret construction plans,
specifications, and documents Develop professional bid proposals
and pricing strategies Negotiate bids and follow through to
contract award Manage projects with a strong sense of ownership and
accountability Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and
internal teams Experience you will need: Minimum 3 years estimating
light and heavy gauge metal stud framing and drywall Experience
estimating multi-million-dollar commercial projects Proficiency
with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid Strong knowledge of
construction materials and specifications Proficient in Word,
Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication, follow-up, and
organizational skills
