organization is seeking a seasoned Permanent Senior Customer
Service Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for a
motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background
in customer service and insurance adjustments. The ideal candidate
will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,
preferably within the healthcare industry, and will be responsible
for providing top-tier customer support, handling complex queries,
and directing calls. This role is integral to ensuring our clients
receive the highest level of service, and as such, demands a highly
skilled, dedicated, and professional individual. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Senior Customer Service Specialist, your primary
responsibilities will include: 1. Providing top-notch customer
service to clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving their
issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. 2. Handling
complex customer service issues, escalating them to the relevant
departments when necessary. 3. Acting as an independent insurance
adjuster, reviewing and settling claims in a timely and efficient
manner. 4. Answering and directing calls, ensuring all
communications are handled professionally and promptly. 5.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and
transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and
comments, as well as actions taken. 6. Collaborating with the
customer service team to streamline processes, improve service
levels, and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Training junior
customer service staff on best practices and procedures.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the candidate must
possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of
experience in a customer service role, preferably within the
healthcare industry. 2. Proven experience as an adjuster or an
independent insurance adjuster. 3. Exceptional communication
skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively
handle and direct calls. 4. Detail-oriented with strong
organizational skills and the ability to multitask. 5. Strong
problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex customer
service issues. 6. Proficient in the use of customer service
software, databases, and tools. 7. A positive attitude and the
ability to work effectively in a team. 8. Exceptional interpersonal
skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
9. A high level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
