Commission Benefits Overview A busy, well-established all makes and
models automotive repair shop in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a
motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing
team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, understands the automotive service process, and takes
pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key
Responsibilities Greet customers and manage the service experience
from initial check-in through vehicle delivery. Write and manage
repair orders for all makes and models, providing accurate
estimates and clear repair recommendations. Communicate effectively
with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of
services. Build trust and long-term customer relationships through
honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Follow up on approvals,
track workflow, and meet daily and monthly sales goals. Maintain a
clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
Qualifications 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service
Advisor (independent or dealership preferred). Strong communication
and sales ability with a customer-first mindset. Solid
understanding of general automotive systems and repair processes
across multiple makes and models. Experience with shop management
software (Tekmetric, RO Writer, Mitchell, or similar preferred).
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Compensation &
