Lincoln Technical Institute's Indianapolis campus islooking for
Welding Tradesmen to pass along their knowledge asInstructors.
Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned experiencedWelders with
no teaching background into successful educators. Wewill provide
you with ongoing training and the tools needed toconduct our
curriculum. In this position, you will: * Encourage andtrain
students, in the field of welding * Teach Lincoln Tech'sestablished
curriculum * Demonstrate welding techniques in ourfully equipped
facility * Instruct students about safety * Evaluatestudent
performance * Maintain a focused and engaging learningenvironment *
Report to the Education Supervisor * 1-3 years offield experience *
AWS Certification * Strong communication skills* A good
understanding of the welding industry to include GMAW,GTAW, SMAW,
FCAW, and Plasma * High School diploma or GED Why youshould work
