Job Description:
As a Sales Engineer with this fast-growing welding automation
company based in Indianapolis, you will be able to use your
industry experiences in robotics and welding to help drive sales
results, support marketing efforts, and influence future product
improvements. You will become the technical subject matter expert
for all our products in our industry and lead the technical side of
client interactions from sales to support.Reports to the founder
and CEO.Flexible work arrangements.Solid base salary plus
performance bonuses.The Need: Manufacturers need robotic welding to
augment production resources, improve quality, and improve worker
safety. This company provides collaborative robotic welding
solutions for many welding processes, from welding carbon steel to
welding aluminum and stainless. These systems are great where
production runs are of uncertain quantities and where skilled labor
is hard to find.The customer: Wide variety of welding processes
offered; a broad range of customers from two-person shops to large
product companies. Contract manufacturers to aerospace companies
and defense contractors.Here s what you ll do:Technical liaison
between Engineering and SalesPerform product presentations and
product demonstrations based on value sellingDiscover, identify,
and understand the customer s application needs"Go to" person for
the Sales team on technical clarificationAssist Marketing Dept in
defining "Unique Selling Points" of the company products and create
comparison chart against competitor s productsAssist Marketing Dept
in producing marketing materials and sales toolsResearch
information on competitor products and report any new products or
offerings from the competitors to the Sales, Marketing, and
Engineering teamsAids in the design, development, and redesign of
productsProvide excellent customer service and technical support to
existing customersUse our CRM system to stay organized and
understand customer trendsAbout the Company:This company has

processes and industrial robotics, from design and engineering to
electrical and mechanicalYou re a leader in all you do; you seek to
