Summary:The Reliability Engineer is responsible for providing
technical support and management of various programs in ensuring
the maintenance and safe operation of a 24/7 chemical manufacturing
facility by analyzing and monitoring processes and equipment for
continuous improvement. Responsibilities:Role Specific
Responsibilities:
- Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
- Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Developing equipment Bill of Materials (BOM's)
- Management of the rotating equipment reliability program with
specific focus on centrifugal pumps, vibration analysis, mechanical
seals, and lubrication
- Miscellaneous technical support to the site as needed,
including providing team leadership and project management for
related installations and modifications to improve the facilities'
infrastructure and equipment reliability and uptimeCompliance:
- Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental
policies, procedures and arrangements
- Reports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents,
incidents and near misses promptly
- Acts in a safe and responsible manner at all times Problem
Solving and Innovation:
- Active participation in continuous improvement activities
- Participates in problem-solving
- Takes responsibility and ownership for own learning and
development in the spirit of continuous improvement of both self
and the business
- Assists in the training, mentoring, and assessment of other
team members
- Exercises autonomy and judgement subject to overall direction
or guidance
Qualifications/Desired Skills:Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required; Mechanical or
Chemical Engineering preferred Experience:
- Five (5) or more years of technical manufacturing support
experience required, chemical manufacturing experience
preferred
- Demonstrated experience in the SAP PM Module preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the
ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and
priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the
ability to flex own style as needed to influence and drive
results
- Ability to work within a multi-functional, global
organizational structure and exhibits robust interpersonal
skills

- Self-motivated and ability to work within a fast-paced

- Critical thinking skills and analytical abilities which allow

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office applications such as
Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
- Proven ingenuity for utilizing broad Engineering concepts to
address complex problems

apply/relate to overall business goals and objectives
