and the customer. As a Desktop Engineer working hybrid in Denver,
CO, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer

employment experience and company culture.What You'll be Doing -As
a Desktop Engineer, you are responsible for the architecture,
design, development, and support of the Desktop Endpoint
Infrastructure utilizing tools sucks as Microsoft Endpoint
Configuration Manager, Intune, Kandji, and other cloud tools across
the TTEC Global Infrastructure all to ensure high availability of
TTEC's virtual and physical desktop environment utilized by it's
clients across all geographic locations in both Commercial and
Public domains.You'll report to the Manager of Desktop Engineering.
-During a Typical Day, You'll
- Design, implement, and optimize TTEC's endpoint solutions
- Hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of
Microsoft and other desktop virtualization technologies and
solutions
- Perform standard technical changes and provide escalation
support for out of the normal technical issues through out of the
box thinking methods
- Develop automation through scripting using various languages
such as Powershell, VBS, BASH and others in order to provide a
proactive vs reactive approach
- Participate in defining and/or optimizing standard operating
procedures including, but not limited to, best practice security
measures, patching, deployment, issue resolution. -
- Identify issues and risks and how to remediate themWhat You
Bring to the Role
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of desktop engineering
and managing systems such as MECM, Intune, Group Policy Management,
and other management tools
- Experienced in Apple MAC and Windows technologies
- Good understanding in Network, Security, Firewall, Proxy and
VPN technologies, and Call-Center support technologies
- Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory and GPO/GPP, and
understanding of Shared Storage, Replication, load balancing, and
LAN/WAN Technologies
- 4 years of expertise installing, configuring and maintaining
Apple and Windows environments
- Knowledge in automation and zero-touch deployment models
- Demonstrated experience with automated deployment platforms and
scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, BASH, etc.)What You Can Expect

range is $70,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation offers to a
candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience,
