Job Description:

An increasing electrification of the powertrain calls for superior innovative capacity in thermal management—for batteries and the entire electric powertrain alike. MAHLE is a technological pioneer when it comes to the thermal management of batteries. Our solutions ensure constant temperature levels and an even distribution of temperature between battery cells. Your Contribution As a Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you will assist Production in achieving their productivity goals by setting up a maintenance regiment that will enhance our equipment to run efficiently with minimal down time. Track all TPM’s, PPM’s and charting to show logics. Update the Team on Continuous Improvement projects and Kaizen events. Safety and Environmental Process knowledge, OSHA standards, regulatory and codes Responsible for all maintenance purchasing functions, including parts crib and cost control measures. This is a critical role for the facility. Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university. Related experience within the automotive manufacturing industry focusing on maintaining very large campus, equipment, machinery and personnel. Knowledge in IATF16949 Audits and ISO14001 Audits and processes. Proven Leadership Abilities Ability to understand the areas in which training is needed in the department.
