Duration: 1 Year Job Type: Hybrid Pay Range: [$53] - [$55] Please
note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to
factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and
does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g.,
benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Hours: 7:30-8:30 until 4
or 5\Hybrid 3 days in office1 week a month to Lafayette - but
varies. Some integration sessions which might cause variation. If
they are closer to Lafayette - they can work there more regularly
and three weeks a month. Tuesday Weds Friday in the office
Requirements: Top 3 Skills 1. Controls Systems Experience including
SOFTWARE centric - HVAC/Engine/Brake Systems/ Gas Turbine 2. System
requirement development Electronic Engine control systems transfer
well into Cameo 3. Configuration Management - rigorous tracking of
the system Hours: 7:30-8:30 until 4 or 5 Hybrid 3 days in office 1

Friday in the office Job Description: The Control System
Certification Engineer is part of the Software Systems Capability
function. The Control System Certification Engineer shall liaise
with control system development engineers and airworthiness
authorities to create certification work products that satisfy the
certification basis of the program. This will include creation of
requirements, design, verification and traceability evidence for
lifecycle data created during development of the control and
monitoring system. Key Accountabilities - Capture evidence of
requirement validation, use cases, design constraints, quality,
safety and security attributes, etc., in certification work
products. - Collaborate with development teams to establish
understanding of certification plans, work product standards and
configuration management. - Establish report generation methods to
collect life-cycle data and publish for delivery to airworthiness
authorities. - Implement improvements to certification work
products with feedback from program and airworthiness stakeholders.
- Liaises with other disciplines to understand the relationships
between the many types of life-cycle data. Key Experiences and any
Qualifications - Experience in airborne system development and
certification. - Working knowledge of associated engineering
disciplines. - Proficient in requirements management, design and
analysis tools. - Professional courage to highlight areas of
concern and risk with regard to suitability of a product to meet
its requirements in a safe and functionally appropriate way. -
Ability to interpret certification evidence and provide opinion or
conclusion as to correctness and completeness. - Ability to manage
tasks to completion ensuring that the relevant areas of the
business are appropriately informed. - Ability to evaluate
certification evidence for coverage of objectives. - Experience in
sharing certification data to airworthiness authorities. - Able to
seek solutions/information from outside of immediate area,
including suppliers, customers and certification guidance. -
Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative
