Technician-Indianapolis, IN Position Summary: The Appliance Repair
Technician is responsible for providing high-quality maintenance
and repair services for household appliances. This role requires
diagnosing and repairing equipment, delivering excellent customer
service, and ensuring efficient use of company resources.
Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and
repair home appliances and equipment. Provide accurate cost
estimates for repairs. Communicate effectively with customers to
explain services and costs. Order parts and manage company
materials efficiently. Collect payment for completed work.
Qualifications: 2 years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair
Technician or similar role. Familiarity with schematics and
technical manuals. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of
electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention
to detail. Ability to work independently. EPA certification and
sealed system experience (preferred). Valid driver's license with
clean driving record; minimum age 18. Preferred Skills: Strong
customer service orientation. Ability to manage multiple repair
jobs efficiently. Effective communication skills. Punctuality and
reliability. Location & Compensation: Location: Indianapolis, IN.
Compensation: Minimum $20/hour with potential to earn $60/hour
depending on experience and performance. Opportunities for bonuses
