Job Description Job Description Benefits: Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Position Summary This position includes responsibility for emergency water, fire, mold restoration, and carpet cleaning services in both residential and commercial structures. Restoration duties involve one or more of the following: Drying, carpet cleaning, carpet & pad removal, structural drying, etc. The selected candidate will use advanced techniques with state-of-the-art science and equipment to clean-rejuvenate and restore properties. People always wonder if theyll like a job. Heres how we do it at ONEWAY Join us for a day on the job, PAID! Youll join one of our certified corporate trainers during an actual day on the job. By the end of the day, youll know if were a good fit for you, and well know if youre a good fit for us. Responsibilities (paid training included) Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards. Set dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers, and other equipment at the worksite, ensuring proper setup and removal. Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation. Perform initial loss inspection. Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc., and perform general demolition after a loss. Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered. Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule. Drive company vehicles Other duties as assigned by skill level growth Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comply with all ONEWAY policies and procedures and legislative requirements. Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections operate a motor vehicle per ONEWAYs vehicle policy Qualifications Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs IICRC certifications preferred but not required Satisfactory background check Having a servant's heart with excellent communication and customer service skills, providing compassion and empathy to our customers. Present a professional appearance & demeanor wearing Oneways Renew Crew ready gear. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Take initiative in pursuing industry certifications and improving technical knowledge through one-way training/university.
