Location : Indianapolis, IN Hire Type : Direct hire Compensation :
110-140K Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday pay
Responsibilities: Design new construction and renovation projects
from concept through construction under the direction of a Senior
Engineer; Coordinate with other Engineering Disciplines and
Architects; Observe on-site construction; Review Construction
Contractor questions and submittals; Review cost estimates for
proposed construction projects; Manage a workload consisting of 10
projects at a time, all at various stages of completion; Prepare
and present Structural Engineering presentations to both internal
and external parties; Coordinate structural engineering activities
within a multi-disciplinary project team. Experience with
cast-in-place and precast concrete, steel framing, wood structures;
Experience with shop drawings and RFI review; Experience with
preparing and reviewing cost estimates; Strong knowledge of
multiple building codes; Strong experience working in Revit;
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree (or foreign
educational equivalent) in Structural Engineering or a closely
related field with at least 8 years of professional experience in a
Structural Engineering related role Professional Licensure,
preferably in multiple states or ability to be licensed in multiple
