Salesforce Business Technology is seeking a Change Lead to join our M&A Integration Experience team, focusing on Go-to-Market (GTM) integration projects. Our team collaborates with cross-functional teams at Salesforce to drive and deliver amazing change management programs, ensuring that our Go-to-Market business teams successfully transition to new Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Post-Sales systems and processes.

At Salesforce, Mergers and Acquisitions play an important role in fueling growth and innovation. Our team is hiring to meet the increasing demands to integrate new business clouds (MuleSoft, Tableau, future new cloud acquisitions) efficiently into our core sales and revenue business processes.

In this position, the Change Lead will lead end-to-end planning and execution of high complexity change management programs to address the impacts of GTM systems integration. This role requires significant collaboration with matrixed teams across Salesforce and the acquired business. The Change Lead should be capable of managing small teams of people to deliver the change management solution and use influence to forge strong partnerships, ensuring positive outcomes for our business stakeholders.

Here's what the Change Lead will be doing:

  • Supporting the Change Management workstream for Business Technology's (BT) Go-to-Market systems integration programs
  • Working with enablement partners across BT and impacted business teams to deliver successful adoption
  • Developing impact assessment and stakeholder analysis deliverables to document how technology changes will impact each business team and role
  • Formulating the change management strategy and plan to facilitate a successful transition, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and role-based training activities
  • Drafting and deploying targeted communications and trainings to build awareness, knowledge, and skills with stakeholders
  • Managing the successful execution of the end-to-end change management program, applying strong project management skills to identify and mitigate risks/issues as they arise
  • Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management methodology and playbookHere's what we're seeking:
    • Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience executing core components of change management programs, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools, and leading edge practices.
      • 4+ years of applied change management, communications, and/or training experience in management consulting or industry
      • Project and Program Management Skills: Proven track record of delivering change management programs for complex, enterprise-wide, and transformational technology initiatives. Effective in making sound business decisions, flexing/adapting approach, and being proactive. Ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities. Strong time management skills.
      • M&A / Go-To-Market Experience: Basic understanding of the acquisition lifecycle, integration planning, and assessing impacts to people/process/technology. Understanding of the Sales lifecycle and associated systems.
      • Technology Fluency: Proven ability to thrive in technical environments, especially implementations of Salesforce products. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Tableau a plus.
      • Interpersonal Skills: Able to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings and styles. Build trusting relationships, credibility, and use strong communication and influencing skills to partner effectively with stakeholders to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

        • Four year undergraduate degree or direct relevant experience
        • 4+ years experience in consulting, corporate development or functional domain
        • Strong technology background with working knowledge of Salesforce's preferred collaboration platforms (Google Suite, Chatter, Quip, Smartsheet, Slack)
