tomorrow.This job is located in our Indianapolis office, but due to
Covid-19 all employees are working remotely.Responsibilities And
Duties* Manage a growing team of Account Executives * Support
day-to-day activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to
ensure quota attainment * Coordinate and manage one-on-one and
overall team pipeline reviews, meetings, and trainings. * Coach
sales reps to improve productivity, remove roadblocks impeding rep
success.* Collaborate closely on customer/prospect facing calls and
sales proposals.* Analyze call, lead, and opportunity data to
develop and implement process improvements.Qualifications And
Skills* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, Salesforce
and Insight Squared experience a plus* Experience in B2B technical
sales required (SaaS preferred) * Ability to travel up to 25% of
the time * Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience * Excellent
Communication skills with all levels of business in multiple
verticals* A successful history of closing business and exceeding
