At Passageways you'll find fantastic people that have helped us to get to where we are today, and we need more fantastic people to help us get to where we want to be tomorrow.This job is located in our Indianapolis office, but due to Covid-19 all employees are working remotely.Responsibilities And Duties* Manage a growing team of Account Executives * Support day-to-day activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment * Coordinate and manage one-on-one and overall team pipeline reviews, meetings, and trainings. * Coach sales reps to improve productivity, remove roadblocks impeding rep success.* Collaborate closely on customer/prospect facing calls and sales proposals.* Analyze call, lead, and opportunity data to develop and implement process improvements.Qualifications And Skills* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, Salesforce and Insight Squared experience a plus* Experience in B2B technical sales required (SaaS preferred) * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time * Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience * Excellent Communication skills with all levels of business in multiple verticals* A successful history of closing business and exceeding quotaBenefits And Perks* Top industry compensation plan - base pay with liberal commission and uncapped earnings.* Continuous solution training, sales instruction, and personal development programs.* Career advancement opportunities with professional development coaching.* Company provided equipment (laptop, software, etc.) and state-of-the art sales tools.* Employment with a growing, fun, and philanthropic-minded company where accomplishments are recognized, opinions are valued, and efforts are rewarded.* Health Insurance, HSA, 401K, Self-managed PTOWe Value DiversityPassageways is an equal opportunity employer.
