The Director Financial Operations Department, directs and manages operational areas within Subrogation. Leads multiple operations teams focused on investigating opportunities, handling of files, and recoveries.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:--
---Counsels senior management on enterprise-wide policies and strategies.--
---Represents Subrogation both internally and externally on projects and programs.
---High involvement in procuring, implementing, and retaining clients.
---Develops and implements vision, strategies, and tactics to maximize the departments effectiveness and recoveries while minimizing costs.--
---Ensures internal controls are appropriate and develops policies and procedures and ensures compliance with government regulations.--
---Works with other areas and vendors for solutions to complex problems and participates in critical interactions with both internal and external customers.--
---Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.--
