We provide our customers and team members with the support and tools they need to grow throughout their journey.Job Summary:Kinetic Advantage strives to be a leader in the collateral audit experience for our valued Dealer Partners. As the leader of our audit experience your key stake holders will be our Dealer Partners, the SVP of Corporate Operations, our Director of Risk, and our Credit Department. You will be the lead and owner of our audit related vendors to drive continuous improvement, greater risk mitigation and improved Dealer Partner experience. Supervisory Responsibilities:--- Lead the collateral audit process and audit reconsolidation workflows through your support team--- Work closely with other teams across Kinetic Advantage, including legal, risk, lending, and remarketing, as well as our field- based workforce to minimize loss expectations and drive strong returns --- Bring a well-rounded skill set to the table to ensure success and best in class customer experience--- The ability to manage the day to day work in fast paced departments, while making the investment to recruit, interview, hire, support and develop the collateral audit staff --- Seek out process excellence, innovative new tools, technology, and new data sources to continuously refine current processes Duties/Responsibilities:--- Own the audit vendor relationships to ensure seamless workflows, data integrity, quality of the user experience and provide the key inputs for other department leads to consume and act upon your team's findings.--- Lead your team of Collateral Audit Specialists in the proper evaluation of the audit findings and work with the relevant Dealer and Kinetic Advantage teams to swiftly communicate audit findings and performance concerns. --- Drive the development and ongoing management of Kinetic Advantage's policies, processes, and procedures, relative to your assigned areas, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures--- Apply experience and lessons-learned to create or modify work methods related to the collateral auditing process to ensure the quality of the overall partner experience--- Ability to earn trust and build relationships over the phone and effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide diversity of individuals, both verbally and written--- Interact with dealers, as appropriate, and coordinate details with our Dealer Relationship Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and others as necessary to resolve disputes effectively and efficiently --- Exceptional problem-solving skills including the ability to ask probing questions to deeply understand the severity of and potential risk mitigants of various scenarios --- Receive, validate, and process floorplan collateral audit data in adherence to Kinetic Advantage's policies, procedures, and advance guidelines--- Performs all other duties as assignedEducation and Experience:--- Bachelor's degree preferred--- Three (3) years in automotive, collections, or financial services industry required--- Familiarity with concepts, procedures, and processes typically used in automotive and financial services industries, particularly in delinquent account collections.
