School Furniture Sales RepresentativeRelationship based sales with repeat business, established and densely populated customer base in Indianapolis Indiana with room to grow, top quality products, base salary with commission, company car and expense allowance. Typical earnings average $80K. Sharp School Services' Furniture Sales Representative products include student desks and chairs, cafeteria tables, teacher desks and chairs, office furniture, markerboards and tackboards. Four week training schedule, including customer introductions and manufacturer visits. Work from home office with full support staff in main office.Responsibilities

  • Territory Managers will maintain existing customers and develop long term customers through relationship sales and service.
  • Sharp School Services Furniture Sales Representatives' goal is complete achievement of customer satisfaction and long term retention.
  • Furniture Sales Representatives make consistent timely visits with customers.
  • Assist customers with solutions to their educational furniture and equipment requirements, assist in project planning and coordination, organizing and coordinating delivery-installation.
  • Prepare pricing proposals and sales presentation.
  • Ability to calmly troubleshoot and overcome issues and create solutions.
  • Develop product knowledge and learn new products.
  • Understand product features and be able to clearly explain benefits.
  • Create and implement marketing programs within territory through social media, e-mail, printed media and direct mail.RequirementsSharp School Services is a respected name in the market and Furniture Sales Representatives are expected to perform with the highest professional and ethical standards. You should be detail oriented, be a great listener when working with customers, have self-motivated hustle, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, gregarious, sense of humor, ability to work alone and with team members, ability to quickly absorb and retain product knowledge.
