If so, this might be the next place to take your talents!Our client, located in Indianapolis, is a high-profile non-for-profit organization that works with the movers and makers in Indiana to find and develop next-generation talent to meet its tech-driven needs of the future. The Senior Program Manager, Innovation & Digital Transformation is responsible for coordination, execution, and optimization of Industry 4.0 programs, events, and research as developed and designed in collaboration with the Director and led by the Vice President. This includes implementing effective strategies for program administration, data, and analytics, and reporting to ensure that goals for each program are met or exceeded. The salary for this role is in the range of $70-75k and will be commensurate with experience and the benefits are amazing (see below for details.)JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage manufacturing readiness grants program including all aspects of the application process, coordination of engagement of subject matter experts, and contribute to all aspects including statewide promotion, outreach, and site visits.Lead development and publication of case studies involving technology adoption and smart manufacturing; including cultivating participation and preparation of award recipients for case study interviews.Coordinate quarterly events to showcase Industry 4.0 technologies; including cultivating a pipeline of qualified technology solutions and resources.Curate peer-to-peer network forums to share tech adoption. Contribute to the production of research deliverables, including report development and publication, presentation materials, and webinars. Provide organizational support with fundraising, grant proposals/contracts, and prepare quarterly reports.Support and grow long-term funding partnerships with industry, public sector, and philanthropic organizations.Assure the initiative and its brand, mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.Work with team members in support of organizational mission and goals. QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTESBachelors degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Technology, Sustainable Development, Public Policy, or another technical field and/or related experience. 2-3 years of experience in project management, engineering, technology deployment, technical sales, manufacturing or logistics operations, and/or leadership preferred Familiarity with concepts in IoT, sensor technology, cobots, additive manufacturing (3D printing), big data & analytics, cybersecurity, ML/AI, digital twin, cloud, etc. Proven ability to lead projects, manage objectives, prioritize obligations, and deliver work in line with complex deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a high comfort level with communicating with diverse audiences and leading industry executivesProficiency in Salesforce and other technology platformsExcellent written and oral communications skills to include grammar, punctuation, and spelling.AMAZING COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 100% of your healthcare premiums are paid for (individual and family) Pre-tax & Roth 401(k) Retirement Plan with generous match - 5% contributed by the employer regardless of employee contribution and up to an additional 5% employee voluntary contribution eligible to be matched by the employer Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) including 18 holidays!Equal Opportunity EmployerPM21 Powered by JazzHRPI160801549
