Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join our Human Resources department in Indianapolis, IN. This position will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. This role will manage common compensation functions, including job evaluations, salary structure development and administration, incentive plan design and associated analysis. Will also manage common benefits functions, including life, health, and disability insurance, retirement benefits and paid time off.

Primary Duties
Participates in the planning and leads the administration of the annual compensation process, including base salary increases and annual incentive programs. This process involves the creation of complex spreadsheets and compilation of data from multiple sources and currencies
Maintains incentive plan eligibility and accruals, and partners with Finance on payout determinations
Analyzes and evaluates new and existing jobs and job descriptions to determine appropriate market rate, FLSA status, or regional wage status and alignment within internal structure
Reviews jobs change requests, job offers and job requisitions for appropriateness of classification level. Support in-depth analysis of current positions by conducting market-pricing and banding by level to confirm consistency and identify any areas of improvement
Provides guidance and develops creative solutions on a variety of compensation and benefit matters including the setting of appropriate pay bands, defining, and implementing salary structure ranges and position leveling
Participates in the strategy and lead the annual benefits open enrollment cycle process
Serves as the point-of-contact and partners with Human Resource Managers and Business Partners to identify and resolve compensation issues
Conducts miscellaneous analyses, including creating complex reports, to support various compensation programs, providing analysis, advice, and education to managers on compensation issues, and interpreting compensation policies
Handles and maintains confidential materials, including financial and personnel records and files - ensuring employee personnel files are complete, compliant, confidential, and current
Participates in various industry-related compensation and benefit surveys and utilize data to ensure competitive compensation and total rewards practices
Monitors trends and best practices and make recommendations that align with dormakaba's total rewards philosophy

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant area of expertise
5-7 years' experience with Compensation and Benefits
Minimum of 5 years administering compensation and benefits programs
Demonstrated understanding of the various components of compensation, including broad-based, sales and executive compensation
Demonstrated understanding of the various components of benefits and total rewards, including health and wellness, retirement, and service awards
Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills required
Thorough understanding of State and Federal wage and hour laws including FLSA and ERISA
Experience leading and supervising
