Job Description Summary The Director of Product Delivery will bring a blend of leadership, product execution, and operational rigor to DataLink. This key position will lead a team of delivery experts, including Product Owners, Scrum Master, Developers, and Engineers. Reporting to the VP, this individual will lead a best-in-class delivery function and will be accountable for the delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers on time and on point. Essential Functions Leadership: Builds, leads, and mentors a high performing cross-functional team with a results orientation and high level of accountability Planning: Work closely with Product Leadership, Client Teams, Technology, and Implementations to evaluate, estimate and plan for new client implementations, new product development, and solution enhancements. Resource Utilization: Lead capacity planning and effective utilization of the technical resource pool and help define budget, resource allocations, and team compositions Delivery: Partners with product managers to ensure appropriate and viable end-to-end solution delivery Product Roadmap: Partner with Product Strategy to develop and execute DataLink---s product roadmap Performance Improvement: Relentless diligence and assessment of delivery processes and implement performance improvement initiatives to increase velocity, accuracy, and quality Establishes and maintains cross-functional relationships in order to facilitate the delivery of plans and materials Metrics-driven management Holds self and others accountable for delivering on key metrics to ensure visibility into delivery timelines, progress, risks, etc. Quality: Works closely with technology, operations, and senior leadership to ensure releases are of the highest quality, and that his/her team can demonstrate progress against quality goals through clear metrics Provide functional leadership to the technical team including performance management and talent development Initiate and implement best practices and processes to achieve technology and operational excellence Responsible for driving scope definition and technical solutions in close collaboration with Product Management and Platform teams Required Qualifications Bachelor---s Degree or equivalent experience 5 years of experience leading people and teams 3 years of experience managing programs/project plans and roadmaps Solid experience developing and presenting PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders and various levels of leadership Demonstrated ability to create and share a compelling vision for program execution; take accountability for decisions, actions and results for self and others; lead and manage change; strategic thinker; thoughtful leader Proven ability to understand and interpret complex information from others coupled with solid attention to detail Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills focusing on conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand Ability to work independently and pro-actively manage a portfolio of projects while broadly applying a prioritization framework Demonstrated experience partnering with stakeholders to ensure the proper strategy, plan, alignment, integration, and visibility Proven solid negotiation skills; the ability to influence and gain acceptance from others to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome Preferred Qualifications Bachelor---s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent professional experience required Minimum 7 years experience in people/team leadership Minimum 5 years experience, with increasing levels of responsibility and oversight, within a healthcare IT company or comparable experience working for a payer or provider Minimum 5 years experience with population health analytics, or value-based care solutions Solid experience using Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile experience preferred Ability to influence other departments to ensure deliverables are accomplished Meet aggressive goals in a fast-paced and high growth environment Experience with software development lifecycle and successful product launches Experience with analytics and reporting Collaborate and negotiate with various internal and external stakeholders The demonstrated experience and energy to excel in a complex and ever-changing environment, coupled with the poise and ability to act calmly in high-pressure, high-stress situations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to influence at all levels in the organization Analytic, creative, and business-focused leadership Experience managing teams, with results orientation Sound understanding of Solution Design, Development, DevOps, and System Integration Passion for leading high performing teams and driving organization excellence Experience in driving product roadmap, requirements, and component development Ability in mitigating risks and stakeholder management Program execution and release strategies We are interested in qualified candidates, however, we do not provide sponsorship at this time
