our office in Plymouth, MN, and other days remote. -Local
Minneapolis/St. Paul/Twin Cities candidates only, please. - Primary
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy an Issue Management framework across
product, operations, and technical teams in a complex healthcare
payments network organization
- Lead a team of analysts and technical writers in identifying
high-value opportunities for issue mitigation and resolution and
establishing corresponding process and requirements
documentation
- Evaluate opportunities for control processes and partner with
product development leaders to advance platform enhancements and
infrastructure improvements
- Work with leaders of multiple functional areas to deploy an
issue resolution process that supports market and client
expectations
- Partner with data and analytics resources to assess key trends
and opportunity for investment
- Advise on new product development and process creation to
mitigate potential issue sources
- Drive organizational adoption of key issue reporting and
management tools to improve tracking, time to resolution and trend
identification
- Accountable for Issue Resolution frameworks, team performance
and service level agreements within business unit on weekly/monthly
basis
- Ensure effective and positive relationships across product,
growth office and resolution partners for business unit
- Support Readiness Assessments for Issue Resolution for new
products and initiatives

- 5+ years of experience in healthcare financial services and/or
issue management
- Experience in establishing comprehensive issue management
frameworks
- Experience managing a team
- Solid knowledge of extracting and developing key insights
within a collection of data, distilling insights, and presenting to
business leadership -
- Proven track record in developing a strong technical competency
across complex product offerings
- Highly adept problem-solving skills and adept at understanding
and resolving unstructured problems
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this
