This ensures a variety of viewpoints are included in our project work, enhancing not only the culture in our offices around the world, but also improving the level of service we provide to our clients.**Responsibilities****Duties & Responsibilities:** Responsible for the administrative management of a professional services team of 30 individuals including+ Assistance with and oversight of the bid submission process: assistance with scheduling meetings, coordinating material consolidation, aligning with diverse project team+ Assistance with contracting process: liaising with legal and compliance personnel, assistance with coordinating with clients during contracting process+ Assistance with project oversight and operations: developing invoices from centralized billing system, tracking financial metrics (billable hours, project profitability)+ Assisting with team culture management: helping to organize staff trainings, regular team meetings, ensuring proper management hygiene for staff management+ Assistance with hiring and onboarding of new staff**Required Skills:** + Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities+ Strong oral and written communication skills.+ Strategic interpersonal thinker and relationship manager.+ Self-starter, assertive, and enthusiastic.**Qualifications****EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree required**EXPERIENCE:** Experience in a similar role preferredPrior experience in professional services preferred**EEO Statement****EEO Statement:** Public Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to celebrating diversity and intentionally creating a culture of inclusion.
